Our latest site design is for Arrow Self Drive, a local hire firm in Reading. Their old site was a little outdated so we jumped on the chance for a freshen up. Full CMS including the ability to add and remove vehicles, change prices, upload new images and much more.
Then it was nerd time, moving the domain, updating DNS and email accounts.
New season, new sponsorship means new kit. As you can see, we are the main sponsor for this years U16 team and proud to do it.
More importantly though, this advert was created whilst teaching the youngest member of the Tech Studio team, some skills in Photoshop. (That's him on the ad)
We revisit the pop-up. Some like them, some don't but when they are styled properly and actually serve a purpose giving information for a specific event, we think they work.
Interactions, div blocks, hide/show properties, easing curves and other nerd stuff - taken care of.
Our client Motability needed tablet devices with built in sim cards in order to aid their external engineers when in the field. Keyboards, pens and cases were also required.
So we sold them some. Thats it.

What are Devops?
Pretty simply, your client needs some software to achieve something. You build it but its going to need a fair amount of testing before it goes live. This is where Gitlab come in.
Maybe we'll contact the Post Office and see if they've heard of testing software...
A recent project we undertook involved source and supply of docking stations and monitors as it seems to be the way offices are heading.
Essentially anyone can turn up at any time and work at any desk. The equipment we provided facilitates flexible working.
Also - we love the mad AI generated image of the docks. Ports ahoy!
Sometimes you can tell when a client is just 'on it'.
This is the case for Lauren at The Old Mill, Aldermaston. A stunning wedding venue and she wanted a meet the team page. An hour later... voila!
Part of the CMS they can edit themsleves.
Birch Copse website is constantly evolving with new ideas and pages to enhance the parent and child experience.
This was a quick addition of 2 pages for a weekly school bulleting and end of term newsletter.
Our very own micro blog from scratch.
We decided that in this day and age its snippets people want. A quick click, brief look and off they go. So this 'lightbox' blog has been built for that very purpose.
Site upgrade alert.
Brand new navigation using an ever more popular technique of having a mobile menu on desktop and all breakpoints downwards.
Also included some changes to buttons and colour scheme. What colour is a tennis ball? ;-)
